Online Banking/ ATM Purchase/ Mobile Banking as explained below

Success
Once your payment is successful, you will receive your 20 digit pre-payment token via SMS or Email
Mobile Purchasing
- Go into your bank to the enquiries counter.
- Request for a NEW Beneficiary to be loaded onto your account.
- The NEW beneficiary must be taken from the "Bank Defined Beneficiary" list.

The account numbers are as follows:
- Nelson Mandela Bay will be: WIREIT - NMBM
- Ladysmith will be: WIREIT - ENAMBITHI
- Add your Meter Number as a reference.
- Once they confirm that the new beneficiary is loaded, you are ready to purchase your electricity via your cell.
ATM Purchasing
- Go into your bank to the enquiries counter.
- Request for a NEW Beneficiary to be loaded onto your account.
- The NEW beneficiary must be taken from the "Bank Defined Beneficiary" list.
