• Request for a NEW Beneficiary to be loaded onto your account.
• The NEW beneficiary must be taken from the "Bank Defined Beneficiary" list.
• The account numbers are as follows:
  1. Nelson Mandela Bay will be: WIREIT - NMBM
  2. Ladysmith will be: WIREIT - ENAMBITHI
• Add your Meter Number as a reference.
• Once they confirm that the new beneficiary is loaded, you are ready to purchase your electricity via your cell.

• Go into your bank to the enquiries counter.
